Although I've never leased a unit I have bought several auctions and have frequented Superior Storage several times. Every time I do its been a great experience. The Units themselves and overall grounds of the storage yard are very well kept and clean. The customer service is professional, polite, and they answered all the questions I had. She helped me get a storage unit set up quickly on a tight moving schedule and was super responsive. The paperwork process was seamless and easy - she took my information over the phone and had everything prepared when I showed up to get my lock and locate the unit. Highly recommend. Storage unit was spotless when I received it.

I cannot recommend Superior Storage - Joyce Blvd enough. We needed a short term storage option while we were moving and showing our house, all of which came under a time crunch, and Teresa was amazing and made an otherwise stressful process easy and smooth. She easily and effectively was able to walk us through the process of renting and vacating a unit, worked hard to get us in a 15x20 unit same day - even with limited options available, and ensured we scheduled our vacate notice same day we rented our unit since we only needed it for 3 months. Teresa was easily available to contact with any questions and incredibly responsive. We had a last minute request to open the gate for our moving truck which she easily and quickly complied with. The unit was clean, I always felt safe accessing it at night, and you can tell she takes her job seriously and cares about her renters. 5 stars.

I decided to go with Superior after reading the reviews ( big reviewer). Friendly staff and the until was nice and clean. So first steps good. We will see how the remainder of the storage process plays out. Facility seems very secure with gate, chain link fence and cameras. I'm confident things will be protected and secure.
