Setting up an agreement to rent a unit is a breeze. Booked the unit online, signed the lease and was done in a day. Didn't even have to go in person. They do give you a lock amd require insurance but offer a cheap one through the agreement. Super safe and clean. The units are fairly new and sturdy. The price doesn't hardly go up either. The owner is really friendly and helps the community with optional community building activities. Payments can be made online and autopay is an option. I would easily rent again from Superior.

Zeke was friendly, knowledgable and quick to assist, picking up the unit reservation process I initiated online right were I left off. He helped set up my rental agreement, get insurance for my unit, pre-pay for future months and give notice for a future move-out in less than15 minutes. It was so nice to get everything taken care of in one trip.

My entire experience with your storage in Farmington has been excellent!! because of the time of year. It has been difficult for me to find an available storage unit. Last night I was able to reserve a temperature controlled unit, for a very reasonable price, and located 10 minutes away. When I arrived, Zeke was fantastic to work with!! He was kind, courteous, patient, and walked me through everything I need to know in order to access my storage unit at any time of day. I was extremely grateful when he provided me with a solid, brand new, very safe lock and keys for my storage unit - especially since getting one slipped my mind! When I realized that having some sort of “pushcart” would be very helpful in order to decrease the amount of time it would take me to unload all my things, he located one. They have great lighting and security - I will feel safe accessing my belongings at any time of day by myself. Overall Zeke was extremely helpful and friendly to work with! I feel confident that I made the best decision with my selection of storage units!!
