Tried doing most of the transaction on my phone, but felt uneasy that something was not complete. In about 10 minutes I was contacted by the office manager in Brunswick. She introduced herself and proceeded to take me through all the steps I needed to know and we got the transaction completed and all was explained. She went to the unit I have rented, took pictures, sowed me where she placed the lock and to clip the plastic tie. I wish every place I do business with had a Jessica. She goes above and beyond to be sure the customers needs are meet and that they are comfortable about all the information. Looking forward to meeting her and using this great facility. To date, Superior storage by far has been one of the best facilities for storage that I’ve used. They have plenty of security, which is more than adequate. The facility is always neat and clean and easy to access.. whenever my family and I go there to Place items in our unit Jessica is always there to greet us with a friendly smile And help us with whatever we need. Our kids just love Jessica to death and can’t wait to see her whenever we’re there. Thank you Jessica for everything that you do. Our family appreciates you.

Superior Storage is great place to rent from. It's always very clean. I have 2 storage units. I am in the middle of building a house. It is very convienent to our neighborhood. Jessica is the best. She is always helpful and very professional. With the latest rate increase, if it wasn't for Jessica's customer service skills, I would've considered finding a cheaper location.

As a business owner, personal connections are always far more superior than amenities and quality of a space. From the minute I met Jessica, I could tell she went above and beyond and that her effort came from a space of authenticity. Customer service can be taught but I truly believe she was born with it! She has always been extremely prompt in her assistance, thorough, and she’s an AMAZING communicator. There was an unfortunate accident that occurred at the storage facility, whereas the structured awning was wrecked from an oversized vehicle (it does happen), and it caused a brief hiccup in water services that affected not only the tenants but her as well. However, she quickly adapted and was ALWAYS present, giving regular updates and remaining positive. I don’t go to the storage facilities too regularly and just set up auto-pay but I am confident any time I visit during business hours or have a need, she is going to take care of it! (She also remembers everybody’s names and greets them by it!) All that being said, the facility itself is also very nice. The lease is longer than I’m used to and they’re tighter in their policies than some other local places, but it’s nice to know they take my personal belongings as seriously as I do, especially since I’m not there with them. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anybody looking for a safe, reliable storage unit in our town and if you decide to go, be on the lookout for Jessica! Rest assured you’ll have the best experience ever!

My experience has been amazing! I love the fact that Mrs.Jessica doesn't make my family and I feel like just another customer. She has remembered and greeted us by name since day 1 and we love her for that. My 3 year old absolutely adores her and I don't think it's just because of the chocolate. Lol. She has an amazing and beautiful soul! The place is ran well, stays clean and doesn't have that musty smell like most units. The units are even larger than I expected. Mrs. Jessica answered every question and explained everything to me without frustration and or irritation. Very respectful and we definitely recommend renting from Superior storage on 341. Prices are affordable as well!!!

Jessica was fantastic! She was so welcoming and friendly and got us all set up in a short time. She even helped us unload a piece of furniture we were having difficulty with. Storage space and facility were very clean though they do need to get the on-site restroom repaired and operational.

Jessica at Superior Storage is awesome. The rental of our unit was fast and easy. It did not take but about 15 minutes. When we moved our stuff in Jessica was very helpful and polite. She even offered us some water because it was a hot hot day. The rental units are clean and we got climate controlled. Jessica even sent me some information on some movers because we are not originally from this area. Overall Jessica went above and beyond and we would definitely recommend Superior Storage.

Jessica Thomas, the office manager was exceptionally polite and quick to do her job. amazing service and offering a hand to help if needed. check in went smoothly. she showed me my unit and how the grounds were operated. wouldn't choose any other storage service in the Brunswick, Ga area over this one.
