Their storage units are clean well-kept and the area is completely paved. Access is easy. I got in and out with a 26’ U-Haul truck with no problem. I like that you are directly in front of the storage unit for loading and unloading. I highly recommend superior storage.

Miss Naomi is nothing short of spectacular. I live about 12 hours away in Rochester, New York and everywhere in a ration. Every time we speak she gives me a southern hospitality. We talk a few minutes personally and then we get down to business very hot and drive very lovely about it reverse in a bowl we figure out the dollars and cents she’s been a little graceful with me I’m bottom line is if someone who can do business with this is a nice company that I believe it’s like national who has gotten down home earth people from South Carolina and North Carolina. Excuse me I live in North Carolina Alton yeah OK I am North Carolina. I haven’t dealt with anybody else there cause I don’t want to miss the old is totally awesome. I have no problem calling her anytime man fact I was there a little slow before they’re open realize that I needed to get some information and She’s very professional, very personable, and she’s a great face for superior storage because of Miss Naomi. I will stay with them even after I’ve sold my house in State Road because as I told her, I might get another place down there North Carolina might not be as close to Elkins as possible, but I do like the area because of her I might buy a house in Alpine. She is wonderful awesome great person to do business with makes you paying a bill fun not tire summer you want me money when you get a pet she works with you again very very down-home. Very southern good old, southern girl talking to a cranky old cracker white guy from New York and she’s about to my heart . I will always have superior storage as long as Miss Naomi’s there while you’re at it, please give her a two dollar an hour raise minimally. Thank you very much for your time. Naomi who is the manager of the Elkin Location is very helpful and so nice! She was very pleasing to work with over the phone and was so informational and friendly when we went in person the first time. She had no issue walking us to our unit and also showing us all the exit locations (we have an indoor unit) we could use to bring our furniture and other things when we move. The office it’s self is very homey. I’m not sure how old the establishment is but by the care and cleanliness of it it seems to be brand new. We were also left a brand new set of lock and keys still in the plastic pack when we opened our unit. The storage area Itself is under high surveillance to make sure your belongings are not messed with. There is a gate that closes after Naomi leaves the office but everyone is allowed a passcode to open the gate once office hours are closed. They only allow gate entrance from 6am-11 pm for security. (Which I like!) For the price it’s worth it! Highly recommend!
